Hi, I’m Jacqueline, or Jacq for short. I’m currently completing my dual Master’s in Couples/Family Therapy and Dance Movement Therapy with Antioch University New England.  After over a decade of working as a movement rehabilitation educator, I felt called to investigate unease within the psyche and the connection between the physical, emotional, and spiritual body.

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and holistic. I believe the mind, body, and spirit are integral aspects of the therapeutic journey.  My focus is to facilitate the desired changes identified by each client and to work at their pace toward their
desired goals.

The pain we hold is more than just our own.  Working through trauma means not only healing our individual experiences, but also building an awareness around how cultural, systemic, and intergenerational traumas impact our lived experience.  Our bodies carry both the pain and the strength of our ancestors, there is an inherent wisdom that resides within our bodies.

I’m a fan of exploring the natural world from hiking, cross-country skiing, and stand-up paddle boarding.  I carry out most outdoor adventures with my itty bitty pitty, Lola. A devoted live music fan, follower of celestial events, and plant collector – I find peace in the mountains and thrive on trying new cuisine.

How Does it Work?

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. When you’re ready, let’s get started by learning more about each other.
