Chase is a licensed professional counselor candidate (LPCC) who received his degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Chase has experience working with adolescents and adults, assisting with concerns related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, and grief and loss. He is also a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.

Chase’s approach to therapy focuses on the relationships we form throughout our adolescence and adulthood, finding ways to strengthen communication and boundaries, healing our inner child, and constructing ways to improve self-esteem and well-being. “I believe that no matter where we are in our lives, the ways in which we tell our stories is the power we need to influence the perceptions of our future.

As Stephen Chbosky once wrote, ‘We don’t get to choose where we come from, but we do get to choose where we go from there.’

How Does it Work?

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. When you’re ready, let’s get started by learning more about each other.
